Arkansas Barndominium Builders designs and builds steel and post-frame barndominiums, shop houses and metal building homes on land you already own or are buying. We work from the Ozark plateaus to the Delta, and the first thing we do on any job is look at the ground: slope, soil, drainage, where a septic field can go, and how a concrete truck will get in.

Arkansas is not one building market. A cleared pasture in the Delta, a chert ridge in the Ozarks and a clay flat in south Arkansas each change the foundation, the site work and the budget. Building rules change too: some cities enforce the state's residential code and issue permits, while rules for unincorporated county land vary and can be lighter or different. We confirm with the city or county which applies to your parcel before we price anything.
